    Subscription Plans and Billing

    Overview

    BlockbotX offers four subscription tiers -- Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise -- designed for traders at every level. Each tier unlocks additional trading bots, wallet connections, marketplace strategies, and platform features.

    All paid plans are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual billing provides approximately 17% savings compared to paying monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

    The Pro plan is the most popular choice among active traders.

    Choosing a Plan

    Free -- Try BlockbotX with no time limits. You get 1 trading bot, 1 wallet connection, basic analytics, and community support. This is a good starting point if you want to explore the platform before committing to a paid plan.

    Basic ($19/mo) -- For individual traders who want more capacity. You get 5 trading bots, 3 marketplace strategies, 3 wallet connections, advanced analytics, and email support. Choose this plan if you are actively trading and need to run multiple bots at once.

    Pro ($49/mo) -- For serious traders who need full power. You get 20 trading bots, 10 marketplace strategies, 10 wallet connections, priority support, API access, and custom bot templates. This plan is ideal for experienced traders who want programmatic access and the most flexibility.

    Enterprise (Custom pricing) -- For professional traders, teams, and trading firms. You get unlimited bots, strategies, and wallet connections, plus a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, SLA guarantee, and white-label options. Contact sales for pricing.

    Subscribing

    1. Navigate to the Subscription page from the main navigation.
    2. In the Available Plans section, toggle between Monthly and Annual billing using the billing cycle selector. Annual billing saves approximately 17% on Basic and Pro plans.
    3. Review the plan cards to compare features. Each card shows the price, included features, and any excluded features.
    4. Click the action button on your chosen plan (for example, "Upgrade to Basic" or "Upgrade to Pro"). For Enterprise, click "Contact Sales."
    5. You will be redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment securely.
    6. Once payment is confirmed, your new plan activates immediately and your feature limits are updated.

    Managing Your Subscription

    The Subscription page is divided into several sections:

    Current Plan

    The Current Plan card on the left side of the page shows:

    • Your active plan name and status (Active or Cancelled)
    • Your billing cycle (Monthly or Annual)
    • Your next billing date (or access-until date if cancelled)
    • Plan Usage meters showing how much of your limits you are using (for example, 3 of 5 bots)

    Billing History

    The Billing History tab displays a table of all past invoices with the following columns:

    • Invoice identifier
    • Date
    • Amount
    • Status (Paid, Pending, or Failed)
    • Actions: View or Download the invoice

    Click Download to save any invoice as a file. Click View to open the invoice details.

    Payment Methods

    The Payment Methods tab lets you manage your cards:

    • View all saved payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
    • Set as Default -- designate which card is charged for renewals
    • Edit -- update card details (expiry date, billing address)
    • Remove -- delete a payment method
    • Add Payment Method -- add a new card via the secure payment dialog

    Settings

    The Settings tab provides three toggles:

    • Auto-renew subscription -- When enabled, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. Disable this if you want your subscription to expire naturally.
    • Email notifications -- Receive email notifications about subscription events (payments, renewals, changes).
    • Renewal reminders -- Get notified before your subscription renews so you can review or make changes.

    Upgrading

    1. Go to the Subscription page.
    2. In the Available Plans section, find the plan you want to upgrade to.
    3. Click the upgrade button on that plan card.
    4. Complete payment through Stripe Checkout.
    5. Your new plan and its higher feature limits activate immediately.
    6. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. The new rate applies in full starting at your next billing date.

    Downgrading and Cancellation

    Downgrading

    To switch to a lower tier, select the lower plan from the Available Plans section. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan's features until the billing period ends, at which point the lower tier's limits apply.

    If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (for example, you have 5 bots but are downgrading to Free which allows 1), you will need to deactivate excess bots before the downgrade takes effect.

    Cancellation

    1. On the Current Plan card, click Cancel Subscription.
    2. A confirmation dialog appears explaining that your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
    3. Select a cancellation reason from the list:
      • Too expensive
      • Not using it enough
      • Missing features
      • Found a better alternative
      • Technical issues
      • Other
    4. Optionally provide additional feedback to help improve the platform.
    5. Click Confirm Cancellation to proceed, or Keep Subscription to go back.

    After cancellation:

    • Your subscription status changes to "Cancelled."
    • You retain full access to your current plan's features until the billing period ends.
    • The expiration date is displayed on the Current Plan card.
    • No further charges are made.

    Reactivation

    If you cancelled but your billing period has not ended yet, you can reactivate by selecting a plan and completing checkout again. Your access is restored immediately.

    Billing

    All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. BlockbotX does not store your raw card details.

    • Invoices: View your complete billing history in the Billing History tab. Each invoice can be viewed online or downloaded.
    • Payment methods: Add, edit, remove, or set a default payment method at any time in the Payment Methods tab.
    • Refunds: BlockbotX does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Since a free tier is available, you can try the platform before subscribing. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
    • Failed payments: If a payment fails, the invoice shows a "Failed" status. Update your payment method and retry, or contact support for assistance.

    Enterprise Solutions

    For teams and businesses, BlockbotX offers two enterprise tiers with custom pricing:

    Team Plan

    Designed for small to medium teams:

    • Up to 10 team members
    • Team analytics dashboard
    • Role-based permissions
    • Shared strategy library

    Enterprise Plan

    Designed for large organizations:

    • Unlimited team members
    • Custom API integration
    • Dedicated account manager
    • White-label solutions

    Referral Program

    BlockbotX includes a referral program that rewards you for inviting others to the platform.

    How It Works

    1. Go to the Referrals section to find your unique referral code.
    2. Share the code with friends, colleagues, or your audience.
    3. When someone signs up using your code and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn a reward.
    4. Track your referral statistics including total signups, earnings, pending earnings, and paid earnings.
    5. Withdraw your earned rewards once they are confirmed.

    Your per-referral reward increases as you refer more users:

    FAQ

    How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan? You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Subscription page. Changes to a higher tier take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

    Will I be charged immediately when I upgrade? Yes, when upgrading, you will be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate will apply at the next billing cycle.

    Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

    Do you offer refunds? No. Since BlockbotX provides a free tier, you can try the platform before subscribing to a paid plan. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

    How do I update my payment information? You can update your payment information in the Payment Methods section of the Subscription page. Click "Add Payment Method" to add a new card or "Set as Default" to change your primary payment method.

    What happens if my payment fails? Your invoice will show a "Failed" status in the Billing History tab. Update your payment method and contact support if the issue persists. Your subscription may be suspended if payment is not resolved.

    Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? Yes. Use the billing cycle toggle on the Available Plans section to compare monthly and annual pricing, then select the plan with your preferred billing cycle.
